Welcome to CUET Plus
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.cuet.plus ("Website"), the CUET Plus coaching programs, courses, services, and all related platforms (collectively, "Services"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website and Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or Services.
For users who are minors (under 18 years of age), parental or guardian consent and agreement to these Terms is mandatory.
1. DEFINITIONS
"User" means any person accessing the Website or using the Services.
"Subscriber" means a User who has enrolled in any paid coaching program, course, or service offered by CUET Plus.
"Content" means all educational materials, including videos, study notes, practice questions, mock tests, tests, and related content provided through the Services.
"CUET" means the Common Universities Entrance Test as administered by the National Test Agency (NTA).
"Services" means all coaching programs, online/offline courses, counselling services, mock tests, study materials, and all associated offerings provided by CUET Plus.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 18 years, your parent or legal guardian must provide explicit written consent before you register or use the Services.
2.2 Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use another person's account without permission.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, true, and correct. CUET Plus reserves the right to verify this information and suspend or terminate your account if any false or misleading information is discovered.
3. SERVICES AND PROGRAMS
3.1 Program Details
CUET Plus offers the following programs (subject to availability and change):
Online coaching programs
Classroom-based coaching programs
One-year intensive programs (e.g., SHINE, STAR)
Mock tests and practice question sets
Mentorship and counselling services
Self-paced courses
All program details, syllabus, duration, delivery mode, and faculty information are available on the Website.
3.2 Program Accuracy and Changes
CUET Plus maintains program information to align with the latest NTA CUET information bulletin as of the date of program publication.
Program content and faculty are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, NTA syllabus updates, or operational requirements.
Students will be notified of material program changes via email and Website updates.
If a program is cancelled, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative program.
3.3 No Guarantees
Important Disclaimer: CUET Plus does NOT guarantee ranks, scores, admission to any university, or job placements. Past performance of students is not a guarantee of future results. Success in CUET depends on multiple factors including individual effort, preparation quality, exam conditions, and student capability. Admissions to universities are determined solely by the respective universities based on their stated criteria; CUET Plus has no control over admission decisions.
3.4 Program Testimonials and Results
Any student testimonials, success stories, or results shared on the Website or marketing materials are from actual CUET Plus students and represent their personal experiences.
The period of study (academic year), exam year, score/rank achieved, and university/course details are disclosed alongside each testimonial.
Testimonials do not represent typical results and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.
A standing disclaimer stating "Past performance is not a guarantee of future results" accompanies all testimonials and result claims.
4. PAYMENT, FEES, AND BILLING
4.1 Fees and Payment
All program fees, schedules, and payment terms are clearly displayed on the Website before purchase.
Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full or in the installments specified at the time of enrollment unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
CUET Plus accepts payment through credit card, debit card, bank transfer, online banking, and other modes as specified on the Website.
4.2 Taxes
Fees are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), as per Indian law.
Students or parents receiving scholarships or fee concessions are responsible for any taxes payable on the benefit received, as per government regulations.
4.3 Billing and Receipts
A tax invoice will be issued upon payment of fees.
Payment confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
For disputes related to billing, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.
5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered on the following grounds only:
a) Non-Commencement of Services
If a Subscriber cancels enrollment before the program or course has commenced (i.e., before the first class/access date), a full refund of fees paid will be issued within 7-10 business days, minus any payment gateway charges (if applicable).
b) Service Deficiency
If CUET Plus fails to deliver the program as promised (e.g., unavailability of listed faculty, material changes to program content without notice, non-functioning online platform), the Subscriber may request a refund or course completion at no additional cost.
c) Duplicate Payment
If a Subscriber is charged twice for the same program, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
5.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following are NOT eligible for refund:
Programs that have commenced (i.e., first class has been attended or content accessed).
Programs cancelled or suspended due to the Subscriber's own request after commencement.
Programs suspended or cancelled due to the Subscriber's inability to attend/participate.
Discounts, promotional offers, or scholarships applied to the enrollment fees.
Fees paid for mock tests, practice question sets, or other materials after access has been granted.
Fees for one-on-one counselling or mentorship sessions after the session has been conducted.
Refunds requested more than 30 days after enrollment.
5.3 Refund Process and Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [support email] within 30 days of enrollment or transaction.
The request must include enrollment details, transaction proof, and reason for refund.
CUET Plus will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Bank processing times may add additional days to reflect the refund in your account.
5.4 Refund Mode
Refunds will be issued to the original payment mode (credit card, debit card, or bank account) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For refunds issued via bank transfer, CUET Plus is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes beyond its control.
5.5 No Refund for Program Outcomes
Refunds will not be issued based on:
Dissatisfaction with teaching methodology or faculty.
Student performance or exam results.
Student's decision to not attend or participate fully.
Change in personal circumstances.
Any outcomes related to university admissions or placement.
6. CANCELLATION BY CUET PLUS
6.1 Right to Suspend/Cancel
CUET Plus reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Subscriber's access to Services immediately and without prior notice if:
The Subscriber violates these Terms or any applicable law.
Payment is not received as per the agreed payment schedule.
Fraudulent activity is detected.
The Subscriber is found to be under 16 years of age without parental consent.
Abusive behavior, harassment, or violation of code of conduct.
6.2 Refund Upon Cancellation by CUET Plus
If CUET Plus cancels the program without breach by the Subscriber, the Subscriber will be entitled to:
A full refund of unused fees, or
Transfer to an alternative program of equivalent or greater value at no additional cost.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1 Ownership of Content
All Content, including videos, study notes, practice questions, mock tests, books, visuals, and other materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of CUET Plus or its licensors.
7.2 Limited License
Subject to full payment and compliance with these Terms, CUET Plus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
7.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Content.
Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise share the Content with third parties.
Use the Content for commercial purposes.
Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software or technology.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Content.
Record, stream, or broadcast the Content without written permission.
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
7.4 Digital Rights Management
CUET Plus may employ technical measures to protect the Content from unauthorized use. Circumventing these measures is prohibited.
8. USER CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS
You agree to:
Use the Services lawfully and in accordance with all applicable laws.
Not engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or CUET Plus staff.
Not upload or share illegal, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content.
Respect the intellectual property rights of CUET Plus and others.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any systems.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
Report any suspicious activity or account misuse immediately.
Violation of community standards will result in account suspension and/or termination.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CUET Plus does not warrant that:
The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The Content is complete, accurate, or current.
The Services will meet your specific needs or expectations.
9.2 Limitation of Damages
Except as required by applicable law, CUET Plus shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
Any damage to your device or loss of data due to accessing the Services.
Damages arising from exam results, admission decisions, or placement outcomes.
The total liability of CUET Plus in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.3 Third-Party Content
CUET Plus is not responsible for third-party websites, links, or content accessed through the Services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
All personal data collected through the Website and Services is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Please review the Privacy Policy for complete information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
11.1 By the Subscriber
You may terminate your enrollment at any time by providing written notice to support@cuet.plus. Refund eligibility will be determined per Section 5 above.
11.2 By CUET Plus
CUET Plus may terminate your access to Services for cause (as described in Section 6.1) immediately and without refund (unless otherwise required by law).
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to the Services will be immediately revoked.
All Content will be no longer available to you.
Any unpaid fees will remain due.
Sections 7, 9, and 12 will survive termination.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CUET Plus, its owners, officers, employees, and representatives from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Services in violation of applicable law.
Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
Dispute between you and another user or third party related to the Services.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our grievance team at support@cuet.plus. We will respond within 5 business days.
13.2 Escalation to Consumer Redressal
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to:
District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for claims up to ₹1 crore)
State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for claims between ₹1 crore and ₹10 crores)
National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for claims exceeding ₹10 crores)
Alternatively, complaints may be filed through the National Consumer Helpline Portal (https://edaakhil.nic.in).
13.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi/[jurisdiction where CUET Plus is registered].
14. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
CUET Plus may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Website notification at least 15 days in advance. Your right to cancel enrollment without penalty continues for 15 days after notice of material changes.

Grievances will be addressed within 5 business days. An escalation process is available if you are unsatisfied with the initial response.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CUET Plus regarding the Services and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
16.3 Waiver
The failure of CUET Plus to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights/obligations without written consent. CUET Plus may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate.
